What to expect

During each session, our expert teachers will:

  • Talk directly to the children, introducing the context and explaining what to do
  • Guide a hands-on investigation using simple, easy-to-source resources
  • Encourage pupils to think scientifically and share their discoveries later in the day

Class teachers support their pupils during the activities, ensuring a smooth experience for every age group.

Included for each school

  • Four online lessons (one per age phase)
  • A guidance pack with timings, Zoom link and resource lists

If your region’s date doesn’t suit, you may join another region’s session. We can also run a Science Day just for your school or MAT, online or in person (costs may vary). To enquire, complete the PSTT Regional Mentor service form.
