Martin Pollard has more than 20 years of experience working in education. He began his career as a secondary English teacher before moving to the Council for Education in World Citizenship, where he organised many conferences, workshops and debates on global issues.

Sue Martin has been a Fellow of the Primary Science Teacher College since 2011. Her teaching career began as a secondary school science teacher; she became a Head of Physics before taking a career break to raise a family and deciding to move to the primary sector as a specialist science teacher.
Alison Eley has been a Fellow of the Primary Science Teacher College since 2012. Ali’s teaching career has included being a science subject leader in primary schools in Somerset and South West London, working in Initial Teacher Education as a senior lecturer in primary science at St. Mary’s University, and leading research and development for the Richmond Primary Teaching School Alliance.
Sophie joined the Trust as a sponsored postgraduate student in October 2010, after obtaining a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
Peter has been a Fellow of the Primary Science Teaching Trust since 2010. Teaching in a wide variety of schools, Middle, Junior and Primary (Key Stage 1 and 2), school leadership and the classroom have always taken equal place.
James joined the PSTT in November 2020, having worked in a variety of financial roles within Private Equity for 12 years. James brings a broad range of experience from the commercial sector, and prior to PSTT was Financial Controller at Sanlam Wealth.
Sagra joined the Primary Science Teaching Trust as Finance Assistant in March 2018. Sagra has a background in administration and finance and has gained a range of accounting skills by working in finance roles in several Bristol based organisations.
Senior Office Administrator
Wendy joined the Trust as Senior Office Administrator in September 2018. She has extensive experience in events and marketing with a strong track record in project management, planning, supplier and stakeholder management.
Events And Comms Manager
After completing her degree in International Relations from Middle Tennessee State University, Barbara moved to South Korea in 2012. Here, she taught ESL at several state schools before becoming lead teacher at an international school in the southern city of Gwangju.
Kate is the PSTT Regional Mentor for the Birmingham and Midlands areas.
Ruth is the PSTT Regional Mentor for London and the South East.
Kathy is PSTT Regional Mentor for Wales.
Sarah is the PSTT Regional Mentor for the East Midlands.

Alison started her career as a research scientist, namely as a biochemist, and worked for nine years on various cutting-edge medical research projects in different English universities. After a break for family, she trained to teach primary children and has taught all ages from reception to year 6.
Tom is the PSTT Regional Mentor for London and the South East.
Kulvinder is the PSTT Regional Mentor for London and the South East.
