To find consensus on a few achievable outcomes in the near term and beyond, and to agree a vision to which we can all contribute and which draws upon our shared strengths.
To meet every half-term, rotating around our sites, getting to know the different contexts and challenges that we each face, offering ideas and support where appropriate.
To create a ‘buzz’ around science through our actions, and to increase teacher skills and confidence.
To impact upon children’s learning in science through quality science lessons, shared science projects, team planning and the development of assessment methods, such as that developed in my PSTT Looking For Learning project for peer assessment.
This section is due to be updated following an end of Year 1 review of the PSTT cluster programme.
